Beautiful spacious 2 bedroom self contained apartment on the ground floor of a family owned villa with private garden overlooking the pine forest in Costa Nova.   A very quiet location but within walking distance to restaurants, bars and tennis courts. 5 -10 minutes drive to all beaches including the stunning Granadella cove, Ambolo, Barraca Beach and the sandy Arenal beach of Javea. Restaurants nearby are Pizza & Pasta, Indian, Mexican and Paella.

The apartment is home from home with

English TV, DVD, CD player and a fitted kitchen with washing machine and microwave. Air conditioning in Lounge/kitchen and main bedroom. Fans are also available.  Large main bedroom has a very comfortable King size bed with access to garden has a large 55" smart tv.  The small bedroom, with 2 single beds, ideal for children has an Xbox player. The private separate garden has a large stainless steel BBQ for dining al fresco with table and chairs, outside lights for the summer evenings.  Also there are sunbeds and a parasol to relax in the glorious sunshine.

There is space for 1 car outside the apartment.

Main bedroom has large king size bed with access to the bathroom and garden and small bedroom has 2 single beds. Please note that the bathroom is only accessed through the main bedroom and therefore the apartment is ideal for a family.

In the winter months, central heating is on for 1 hour morning and evening and there is a pellet burner for your use.  Pellets are not supplied but can be purchased cheaply per bag in local shops.

Notes

  • Please note that we reside above the property. The apartment is completely separate from our accommodation with own access and private garden. It is a residential area and noise must be respected.

Policies

Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

  • 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.

  • No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

Damage and incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.  A refundable deposit of €350 is required.

Medium Season

15.4.23 - 31.5.2023 - €70 per night - Minimum 5 night stay - Any day arrival

High Season

1.6.2023 - 30.9.2023 - €90 per night - Minimum 7 night stay - Saturday arrival

Security Deposit of €350 required, refundable after stay, breakages or excess cleaning deductible.

10% Deposit payable on booking

Balance payable on arrival.
